Q: When does the fundraiser take place?
Schools may run their fundraiser whenever they like between September 25th - November 3rd. We also offer a Spring fundraising catalog, please contact us for more information.

Q: Who can use Near & Dear?
Preschools, elementary, middle and high schools, both public and private, non-profit organizations, and sports organizations.

Q: I want to use Near & Dear. How do I get my school involved?
All you need to do is submit a signed contract before the start of the program.

Q: How does Near & Dear work?
Participating organizations get their catalogs in September. You can run your fundraiser anytime between the program window (9/25- 11/3). Customers can order online or via paper order form. Schools must send all paper orders to Near & Dear by 11/3 (a prepaid envelope is provided). Orders will be shipped or delivered no earlier than three weeks after program close and receipt of order forms, with the earliest delivery date set at December 4, 2017. The specific delivery date will be confirmed with the school ahead of time. Near & Dear accepts checks from tax-exempt fundraising organization and cannot accept personal checks from individual customers.

Q: How will I get my order?
Orders can either be delivered in bulk to school, or be shipped directly to individual customers (with a shipping fee).

Q: Is there a charge for shipping?
No, there is no shipping fee for bulk shipments to schools! Near & Dear has secured a shipping partner who has graciously donated school deliveries.

Q: Do you offer school materials to help promote?
Yes! We provide designed templates for posters, flyers, and a customizable letter to families.

Q: Do you offer incentive prizes for participants?
Yes! Our incentive program is community based and includes multi-tiered prizing program. We will have prizes for every participant, based on the number of items sold.

Q: Can our school run a concurrent fundraiser?
Yes however, Near & Dear would be the exclusive catalog fundraising program.
