Jackie's Jams - Zippy Jalapeno


A great gift idea!  Choose and gift two, three, or four flavors as a special, delicious gift! Jackie’s Jams crafts jams and jellies the old-fashioned way, by hand and using only natural ingredients. Created with locally grown fruits whenever possible by farmers throughout Southern California. Slow cooked in small batches to fully extract the exceptional flavors. No color or artificial flavors and no high fructose corn syrup. 8oz jars.

Pepper Jelly Glazed Meatballs
2 lbs pre-cooked frozen mini meatballs
1 12- oz beer
18- oz BBQ Sauce
8- oz Jackie's Jams Zippy Jalapeno Jelly
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp cornstarch

1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan or shallow stockpot. (I used my cast iron dutch oven)

2. Bring to medium-high heat. Let cook for 2-4 min

3. Once the sauce begins to boil, reduce heat to a simmer.

4. Let cook for 15 minutes or until sauce has darkened & reduced (meatballs are already cooked- so they should just be hot), remove & serve!

5. Enjoy!

Loyal customers Dave and Risa Baron visited the stand week after week for years to get Jackie's Tripleberry Jam for their son who refused to eat PB and Js without it. Today, the Baron's own and operate Jackie's Jam and are grateful for the opportunity to continue the legacy of providing all natural jams and jellies.
